03 Account Bans, Platform Policy Changes & Third-Party Risks

• Social media platforms and AI providers frequently update their security algorithms, anti-bot systems, and Terms of Service.
• AccMMO is NOT responsible for any subsequent account suspensions, bans, locks, or feature restrictions (such as phone verification, checkpoints, or API rate limits) applied by third-party platforms after successful delivery and initial login.

04 Limited Warranty & Replacement Policy

Our warranty is strictly limited to initial login verification (guaranteeing that the account/service is working and matches the description at the exact moment of delivery).

Once the buyer logs in, changes recovery information, or uses the service, all subsequent risks and liabilities transfer entirely to the buyer.

No refunds or replacements will be provided for bans caused by user behavior (e.g., poor-quality proxies, abnormal IP changes, automated abuse, or policy breaches).
